Does your program involve a lot of crying? I can't stand if my baby has to cry a lot to sleep!
Nothing is more stressful to a mom than a screaming baby! This program involves minimal crying. That is because the focus is on responding strictly to your baby's needs rather than following strict guidelines. However, if your baby is beyond the newborn stage, there will be crying. That is because the longer you wait to teach your baby good sleep habits, the more your baby will cry. That is because after you have a followed a sleep routine 3 times in a row, baby takes that as a habit and expects it from that point on. The longer you follow that routine, the more that habit gets ingrained in a baby's mind. Then if you decide a follow a different routine, baby is confused and cries a lot in an attempt to adapt. THIS IS WHY IT IS SO IMPORTANT TO IMPLEMENT A GOOD ROUTINE LIKE THE EZ SLEEP ROUTINE THAT YOU CAN SUSTAIN FOR THE NEXT 1-2 YEARS!

Will this work if my baby is beyond the newborn stage? Why don't you have any baby sleep courses for older babies?
My courses are designed to implement right from day one after your baby's birth. Waiting longer, especially beyond 6 weeks old will not give as good results. That's because newborn babies are a creature of habit, and it is critical to teach them good sleep habits from day one. Otherwise you are setting them up for sleep problems later. Also newborn babies are so sleepy in the first 6 weeks, thus it is simple to help them form good sleep habits. Too many moms wait until their baby is 4 months old or older and already has formed poor sleep habits. FINALLY mom gets DESPERATE for peace so she decides to sleep train her baby. Then baby cries a lot because mom is trying to break bad habits that she allowed baby to form in the first place. This could all have been prevented if mom would have helped her baby form good sleep habits from day one. It is MUCH EASIER to help your baby form good sleep habits from day one WITHOUT crying than do sleep training later with LOTS of crying. As the saying goes "Prepare and prevent rather than prepare and repent!"
